Deputies of the city in the Kharkiv region are suspected of treason

The deputies of the Volchansk mayor are suspected of treason.

 
This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, officials in the temporarily occupied Volchansk voluntarily went over to the side of the enemy.
 
"At the request of representatives of the aggressor country, the suspects participated in the so-called meetings together with the occupiers and the self-proclaimed "head of the interim civil administration". The first deputy provided the representatives of the aggressor country with lists of participants in the ATO / JFO, members of pro-Ukrainian organizations and patriotic citizens," the report says.
 
In addition, it is reported that both deputies of the mayor supplied the Russian military with food, resolved the issues of their settlement and voluntarily provided the invaders with technical means for the construction of fortifications.
