In Mariupol, the occupation authorities introduce the so-called "serfdom".

This was announced by the adviser to the mayor Petr Andryushchenko.

"This time, non-evacuated farmers have been hit. Now the Mariupol farmers are required not only to collect and give the ownership of the "young republic" the entire crop. Now, with the help of an unconditional argument - Russian weapons - they are forced to sign legal papers on the gratuitous transfer of ownership of land plots and property. A special cynicism is that after that they are forbidden to evacuate in any direction and they are obliged to work for hire from racketeers almost for free. This is what modern serfdom in Russia looks like.
