The Russians shelled the Sumy region with phosphorus ammunition

The official published a video of the consequences of the attack on one of the villages of the Yunakovskaya community. The video shows how the shells are burning in the middle of the road and in the field.
"Projectiles with phosphorus are prohibited in the conduct of war," the head of the UVA recalled.
