In particular, blackouts are known in Energodar, Tokmak, Pologi, Bilmak and surrounding villages.

Without electricity is also part of the Melitopol district, wrote on Monday, November 14, the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov in Telegram.

"The Russians plunged the occupied territories into darkness. Tonight, the light disappeared in almost the entire occupied part of the Zaporozhye region. Blackouts are reported in Energodar, Tokmak, Pologi, Bilmak and surrounding villages. Also, a part of the Melitopol region is without electricity," Fedorov said.

Due to the lack of electricity, the water supply also disappears. Thus, there is no water in the occupied Melitopol.

"However, there is also good news - the propagandist TV of the occupiers has "silenced" in the city," the mayor added.
