The Russian leader publicly admitted that he ordered a massive missile attack on Ukraine on October 31st.

In this regard, his invitation to the G20 summit should be withdrawn, and Russia should be excluded from the G20.

This was stated by the speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Nikolenko in his Twitter account on Tuesday, November 1.

"Putin has publicly admitted that he ordered missile strikes on Ukrainian civilian and energy infrastructure.. With blood on his elbows, he should not sit at the same table with world leaders. Putin's invitation to the Bali summit must be withdrawn and Russia excluded from the G20," he stressed.
