The Armed Forces of Ukraine are moving deep into Kherson, but the Russian Federation "does not notice" this

The military-political leadership of the terrorist state of Russia specifically makes disparaging statements about the advancement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region, thus trying to maintain the appearance of great military successes of the Russians in Ukraine.
This is stated in the code of analysts of the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

ISW analysts drew attention to the fact that the Russian Defense Ministry on the evening of August 29 stated that the Ukrainian counter-offensive was a limited and unsuccessful effort to advance along three unspecified directions in the Kherson region, setting the tone for the following discussions of the counter-offensive in the Russian media space.

Most Russian bloggers reportedly claimed that reports of the Ukrainian counter-offensive were exaggerated, fake, or most likely unsuccessful, claiming that Ukrainian forces have so far been unable to break through Russian defense lines in past counter-attacks and continue to can't do it.

According to the Institute's analysts, "such disparaging statements indicate that the Kremlin is seeking to maintain the appearance of Russia's great military successes in Ukraine."

At this time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine very successfully continue to hit the supply routes of the Russian army grouping. According to analysts who assessed the state of the bridges near Kherson using satellite images, the main routes for the transfer of ammunition and equipment are not currently in operation.

Currently, the enemy is trying to transfer supplies to repel the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through a pontoon crossing north towards Kherson. But this way of making up for losses by Russia is inefficient and vulnerable to Ukrainian strikes.

Analysts, citing Mariupol Mayor Advisor Andryushchenko, said that in the coming days, the Russian Federation's logistics efforts, which depend on Mariupol rail transit, are likely to weaken due to lack of electricity, damage to station cranes and flooding, preventing the operation of the railroad in Mariupol.

On August 29, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially announced the start of a military counteroffensive in the Kherson region. The advance of the Ukrainian forces is accompanied by the destruction of Russian logistics in the occupied territories. The Armed Forces of Ukraine called on the media to keep the details of the actions of the Ukrainian military in silence, but in Russia they said that the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was suppressed on the same day in the evening.

As of August 30, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks in five directions - in Kharkov, Slavyansk, Bakhmut, Avdeevsky and Yuzhnobugsky.
