The war is not only on the battlefield and in politics, Ukrainian cyberspace is being brutally attacked by Russian hackers. State Special Communications Service warns of another mass attack on Ukrainian media.

"The government emergency response team of Ukraine CERT-UA [State Center for Cyber Defense, - ed.], operating under the State Special Communications Service, warns of the mass distribution of dangerous emails with the subject line "LIST of links to interactive maps." The mailings are carried out, in particular, among media organizations Ukraine (radio stations, newspapers, news agencies, etc.). More than 500 recipient addresses have been established," the message says.

The e-mails are reported to contain an attachment in the form of a "LIST of links to interactive maps.docx" document, opening of which can lead to the download of the CrescentImp malware.

"If you are the victim of a cyberattack, immediately inform the CERT-UA team," the message says.

Earlier it was reported that Russian hackers carried out a cyberattack on Ukrainian government organizations using the Cobalt Strike Beacon malware.
