According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Russians are failing the "mobilization" program in the occupied territories of the Luhansk region.

It is reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
"The occupiers are trying to mobilize men in the territories of the Lugansk region, which were occupied in 2022. In particular, it was planned to find 500 men in Severodonetsk, who were supposed to replenish the composition of the 2nd army corps and the unit of the so-called "people's militia". Now the "mobilization" program has completely failed.
In addition, according to the Main Intelligence Directorate, the invaders are trying to mobilize men in the occupied territories of the Kherson region and promise "tourist trips" to pensioners.

Thus, at a meeting of local residents, which was held by representatives of the occupation administration in the village of Mirnoye, Kherson region, with the participation of the military of the Russian Federation, the issue of recruiting local men into the "people's militia" was discussed.. It was noted that education, age, physical and moral condition do not matter.
