Kuleba urged to recognize Russia as a terrorist state

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba called on international partners to condemn the Russian attack on the colony in Yelenovka, Donetsk region, and recognize Russia as a terrorist state.

He wrote about this on Twitter on July 29.
"The Russians have committed another horrific war crime by shelling a correctional facility in occupied Yelenovka where they were holding Ukrainian prisoners of war.. I call on all partners to strongly condemn this gross violation of international humanitarian law and recognize the Russian Federation as a terrorist state," the Foreign Minister stressed.

Recall, on July 29, the self-proclaimed "DPR" announced the shelling of the Yelenovskaya colony by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which contains Ukrainian prisoners of war.. According to various sources, from 40 to 53 people died.
