The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, supported the Russian Ministry of Defense that the Russians "tactfully retreated" in the Kharkov region. He also said that they would soon return the lost positions. On Sunday, September 11, Kadyrov said in Telegram.

"It means absolutely nothing.. I, Ramzan Kadyrov, officially declare to you that all these cities will be returned back. Our people are already there, the guys are specially equipped for this work, another 10 thousand are ready to leave. fighters, and we will reach Odessa in the near future," Kadyrov said.

According to him, mistakes were made in this direction, however, as the head of Chechnya believes, the command of the Russian army "will draw conclusions."

“If changes are not made today or tomorrow in the strategy of conducting a “special military operation”, I will have to contact the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, the leadership of the country in order to explain to them the situation that is really happening there,” he said.

Recall that during the counter-offensive in the Kharkiv region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated several large cities - Balakleya, Kupyansk and Izyum.

The liberation of the region continues towards Volchansk, on the way to which the Armed Forces of Ukraine took control of several villages. Information appeared on the network that the occupiers announced an evacuation from the city, Russian troops are also leaving it.

The General Staff has not yet disclosed the details of the counteroffensives.
