Former People's Deputy from the Party of Regions Yevgeny Balitsky, whom Moscow appointed as "Gauleiter" of the temporarily occupied districts of Zaporozhye, announced the possible removal of residents of settlements located near the front line.

It is reported by Radio Liberty with reference to his statement.

"If there are shelling on the front line and this will be associated with an increased threat to people's lives, then perhaps such measures will be taken," Balitsky said.

At the same time, the Zaporizhia Gauleiter stressed that this evacuation would not take place in the annexed Crimea and Russian regions. The occupiers are planning to take people deep into the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporozhye region.
