Ukraine launched the "Help" website, where you can find information about the possibility of receiving humanitarian assistance, crossing the border and the procedure for acquiring the status of an internally displaced person.

On this resource, internally displaced persons, refugees, pensioners and people with disabilities can get advice on work, education and psychological support during the war.
“The lack of information in an accessible format, the inability to independently join evacuation routes, the unsuitability of shelters and shelters for temporary residence - all this only exacerbated the already severe confusion among people with disabilities and older people,” said the Secretary General of the NGO “National Assembly” with disability of Ukraine” Victoria Nazarenko.
The head of the cooperation department of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Frederic Kuhne, believes that digital technologies should help vulnerable segments of the population in a war.
“With the onset of a full-scale invasion, people with disabilities and older people found themselves in a state of terrible uncertainty.. This web resource will become a strong support for them in these difficult times and will help restore faith in a better future," he stressed.
In turn, the Acting UNDP Resident Representative in Ukraine, Manal Fowani, noted that the time has come to develop an inclusive plan for the recovery and restoration of Ukraine.
