Emergency blackouts will continue in Kyiv itself.

At the same time, the situation in the energy system is still tense, countries are asked to continue to limit consumption in the morning, from 08:00 to 11:00, and in the evening, from 17:00 to 23:00. Currently, you can not use energy-consuming appliances: heaters, washing machines, boilers, dishwashers, etc.

On the night of October 27, Russia once again attacked the equipment of the backbone network of the Ukrainian energy system in the central regions, resulting in a power shortage in Kyiv and the region in the amount of 30% of consumption.. Therefore, Ukrenergo announced that they were introducing unprecedented emergency restrictions in the region.. It was noted that shutdowns would become more severe and longer, and schedules were no longer relevant.
