PrivatBank announced a new fraudulent scheme

Swindlers create telegram channels with number spoofing - they look like banking or channels of international organizations, and offer to receive "help" supposedly from the EU countries.

 
This was reported by the press service of the bank.
 
"The scammers ask for a card pin, CVV code and threaten to block accounts," PrivatBank warned.
 
The press service urges not to follow dubious links. Safe sites contain a lock icon next to the address, fraudulent sites will not have it.

Also, the press service urged not to tell anyone the expiration date of the card, CVV code, passwords and PIN codes.
