Naftogaz of Ukraine will keep the price of gas for the population for another year

Amid the war, Ukrainians can still feel the government's concern for their well-being. Do not listen to panic statements about the rise in gas prices. Naftogaz of Ukraine has extended the Fixed tariff plan for another year, its price will continue to be UAH 7.96 per cubic meter. m (with VAT). This was announced on Saturday, April 29, by the press service of the company.

"The price of gas for residential customers remains unchanged. This decision was made taking into account the martial law and the economic situation in Ukraine. Despite the complexity of the situation, we will continue to keep the price of fuel for our citizens at the pre-war level," the company said in a statement.

It is noted that Naftogaz uninterruptedly and stably supplies gas to more than 12.4 million Ukrainian households. All these customers receive gas in accordance with the annual tariff plan Fixed. The tariff validity period is: from May 1, 2023 to May 1, 2024 inclusive.

Earlier, Naftogaz reported that all gas services - consumption and distribution - would be collected in a single receipt.
