The invaders in the occupied territories of the Lugansk region are cynically forcing people to go to a pseudo-referendum in exchange for food. This was announced by the head of the Lugansk regional military administration Sergei Gaidai in his Telegram.

"In particular, such a situation has developed in Lisichansk, Severodonetsk, Popasnaya, Rubizhny, Gorsky, Zolotoy and the settlements of these communities. The invaders actually destroyed these cities, made hundreds of thousands of people homeless, 90% of whom were evacuated. Many of the rest live in basements and shelters. At first they were "liberated" from everything, and now they are forced to come to the pseudo-referendum," he said.

According to Gaidai, preparations for the so-called "referendum" on the region's entry into the Russian Federation are now intensified in the region.

"The occupation authorities and the collaborating public movement, under the guise of providing food or building materials, organize meetings with the population of the recently captured territories of the region. They lure out personal data, call for the so-called "referendum", forcing people to exchange freedom for food, drinking water and OSB-plates ", - added the head of the OVA.

Enemies want to hold a pseudo-referendum in the occupied territories. The SBU reported that the identities of all those involved in the preparation of the "referendum" in the Kherson region have already been identified.
