From May 1, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine introduces new application forms for state registration of legal entities, individuals - entrepreneurs and public associations.
Updated requirements for writing the names of legal entities, their separate divisions and public formations, as well as changes in the procedure for state registration of such legal entities are described in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine dated March 29, 2023 No. Justice of Ukraine".
Now the letters of the Latin alphabet can be used not only for writing names in English, but also in any other foreign language.
In addition, when submitting an application in electronic form, if state registration requires a copy of an identity document and confirming the citizenship of the ultimate beneficiary owner of a legal entity, electronic scanned copies of such documents should be attached to the application with a qualified electronic signature of the applicant.
