Indonesia earthquake: Death toll rises to 252

At least 252 people have died as a result of the earthquake in the city of Sianjur in West Java, Indonesia.

This is reported by the representation of the official Indonesian authorities on Instagram.
The department also reported that 31 people are considered missing, another 377 were injured. At the same time, the number of people displaced due to the disaster reached 7060.

On the morning of November 21, a powerful earthquake of magnitude 5.6 hit the city of Sianjur in Indonesia. 13,400 people lost their homes due to the earthquake.

According to the BBC, the area where the earthquake occurred is densely populated and prone to landslides.. At the same time, the houses there were built of poor quality, in some places they were built to the very rubble.
