Spain opens Ukrainian passport service for citizens of Ukraine

In the Spanish city of Valencia, a Ukrainian passport service for citizens of Ukraine located in the city has been launched.

This separate division of the state enterprise "Document" is already operating in several European cities, including Poland, Turkey, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Germany.

Passport service in Valencia is available to citizens from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00 at Xàtiva, 46007 Valencia, Spain.

The service provides services for issuing an ID-card and a foreign passport, as well as exchanging an old-style passport for an ID-card, obtaining insurance services and exchanging a driver's license.

Thanks to the presence of the Ukrainian passport service in Valencia, Ukrainians in this region will be able to quickly and conveniently obtain the necessary passport documents, which will allow them to receive financial and humanitarian assistance, study at local educational institutions and travel freely to other countries.

However, it should be noted that passport services do not have the right to process documents for citizens who have gone abroad for permanent residence and have a corresponding mark in their passport - this is the competence of foreign diplomatic institutions.
