Russian low-cost airline Pobeda is heading towards bankruptcy

Another failure of import substitution, the Pobeda airline, which provided its main income not through ticket sales, but through additional payments (luggage, seat selection, insurance, etc.), faced huge financial difficulties.

The aviation brand turned out to be critically dependent on Western services. After switching to the Russian booking system and revenue management system, the company faced a 50% drop in income from additional services to 200 million rubles per week, and a 15% drop in daily flight bookings.

Soon the Russians will have the opportunity to fly only by trains of the navy.
