The leaders of Ukraine and Guatemala held a meeting in Kyiv

Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of Guatemala Alejandro Giammattei met in Kyiv and signed an agreement on the abolition of visa requirements between the countries.

 
This was reported by the President of Ukraine in Telegram.
 
“I am glad to welcome President of Guatemala Alejandro Giammattei to Kyiv! This is the first visit of a leader from Latin America to Ukraine not only since February 24, but also in the last 12 years,” he wrote.
 
During the visit, an agreement was signed on the mutual abolition of visa requirements. According to Zelensky, Ukraine and Guatemala laid the foundation for a trade and economic dialogue to implement projects without intermediaries.
