Czech Republic plans to launch a training program for Ukrainian soldiers

The Czech Republic plans to launch a training program for Ukrainian military personnel in 2023. This was stated by the Minister of Defense of the Czech Republic Yana Chernokhova, reports Sky News.
 
"Chernokhova said that the exercises would be held in five four-week cycles, each of which would involve up to 800 military personnel," the statement said.
 
She added that it would cost the Czech Republic about $41.6 million.

It is also reported that the training program will be launched with the first group of military personnel this year and will be merged with the planned European Union training program for Ukraine.
