Moscow celebrates 875th anniversary

15:35 10 September Kyiv, Ukraine

On September 10 and 11, 2022, Moscow celebrates its 875th birthday, in honor of which festive events have been announced. The main points were 19 central and district sites, as well as numerous parks, museums, exhibition halls, libraries, theaters and other city cultural institutions.

During major celebrations, it is planned to raise funds for burial and help the families of the “heroically” dead Russian SOBR fighters who defended Balakleya and other settlements of the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. Despite the fact that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation continues to assert that "SOBR detachments left the encirclement in Balakliya, leaving the city in an organized manner, under heavy flamethrower fire."

In addition, the organizers of the events for the City Day reported that a selection point for military service under a contract will operate on the territory of VDNKh, where everyone will be able to join the ranks of almost any unit of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation under a simplified system.
