The number of patients with COVID-19 increased by 50% in a week

Over the past week, about 37,000 new cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Ukraine, Chief State Sanitary Doctor Igor Kuzin said during a briefing.
"The incidence of COVID-19 is expected to grow and almost 37,000 cases of the disease were detected over the past week, which is 50% more than we registered a week earlier, then there were 24,000 cases, " Kuzin said.
Also, according to him, over the past week, the number of tests for COVID-19 has increased by 48%.. Over the past week they were made 139 thousand times. And the dynamics of the growth of diseases has been fixed since the beginning of July.

The incidence of COVID-19 has increased by more than 7 times over the past week in Kyiv.

The Ministry of Health also changed the rules for vaccination against COVID-19, in particular, they allowed a second booster for everyone and Pfizer for children from 5 years old.
