The European Commission (EC) has announced a special competition for Ukraine as part of the Creative Europe annual work program for 2023.
In total, 5 million euros will be allocated to support Ukrainian artists and cultural organizations located both in Ukraine and abroad.
This was reported to the EC.

It is noted that the purpose of the competition is to prepare the post-war restoration of the Ukrainian cultural and creative sector.
"Cultural expression and access to culture is an integral part of our lives. They help us cope with traumatic events, increase individual and collective resilience and give us tools for mutual understanding. I am very pleased to know that we can help Ukrainians gain access to culture," said Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth Maria Gabriel.
It is reported that three projects will be selected for funding within the framework of the special competition. The competition will run until November 29, 2022.
